✓ Unopened products - Full refund
✓ Opened products - Full refund (one per customer per product)
✓ Defective or damaged items - Full refund + return shipping covered
What's Not Covered
✗ Orders after 60 days from delivery

✗ Abuse or misuse of return policy (excessive returns)
Return Shipping
- Customer covers return shipping for standard returns
